I hope your summer has been filled with joy, adventure, and special memories! Our amazing staff has enjoyed a well-deserved break and is now eagerly preparing to welcome students back for another exciting school year.
Please review the following important dates and information as we gear up for the first day:
Monday, August 4
The front office reopens at 8:30 AM. If you have not yet submitted your child’s birth certificate or immunization records, please bring them in this week.
Wednesday, August 6
Teacher assignments will be available on Aspire by 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that you check your Aspire account before calling the front office with placement questions.
At Advantage Arts Academy, a great deal of thought and care goes into every class list. Our team carefully considers academic needs, peer dynamics, and teacher strengths to create well-balanced learning environments. Every teacher at AAA is highly qualified and dedicated to ensuring a positive, engaging experience for your child.
Please note that requests based solely on friendships or social preferences will not be a determining factor in placement changes. We appreciate your understanding and support.
Thursday, August 7 – Back to School Night
Join us from 4:00–6:00 PM to meet your teachers, drop off supplies, and tour the school! This is a great opportunity to connect and get excited for the year ahead. We can’t wait to see you!
Monday, August 11 – First Day of School (Grades 1–6)
School begins promptly at 8:30 AM. Teachers will be waiting to greet students on the front lawn. Please note that parents will not be permitted to escort students into the building on the first day.
This week also marks the beginning of Kindergarten KEEP testing. You will receive an email from the kindergarten team with a sign-up link for your child’s assessment time.
Monday, August 18 – First Day of School for Kindergarten
