Biography

Hello, my name is Emma Maag! I am from a small town in California, situated along the Colorado River. I was fortunate to grow up on a ranch, where my childhood was shaped by experiences that instilled a deep respect for all living beings and a strong sense of nurturing care.

I have previous professional experience as a behavior technician, working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ODD, ADHD, OCD, and other behavioral differences. In my role as a teacher, my primary goal is to foster positive behavior development, empowering students to become independent and successful in all aspects of their lives.

Coming from a family of educators, I was raised with the values of love, patience, and kindness—qualities I strive to bring to every student I work with. Teaching is both a legacy and a passion that I carry in my heart, and I am devoted to fostering an environment of growth and support at Advantage Arts Academy.
