  • Hats and head coverings may be worn only on approved spirit days or with prior approval.
  • Outerwear that will not be worn in the classroom may be of any color or design.
  • Jewelry, makeup, and accessories should be simple and non-distracting.
  • Hairstyles and colors may reflect a student's personal or cultural identity, as long as they do not disrupt learning.
  • Hair should be clean, tidy, and not block the face or eyes.

On special dress-up or spirit days, students are welcome to dress to match the theme while continuing to follow our standards for modesty, safety, and appropriateness.

  • Dress code concerns will be addressed discreetly and respectfully by staff.
  • Students will be given the opportunity to correct the issue when possible (e.g., wear a loaner item or call home for a change of clothes).
  • Ongoing or repeated concerns will result in the school partnering with families to ensure future compliance.

We appreciate families helping their students come to school dressed for success each day.
